The time has come when our dear friend Christa up at Insel Haus must make her B&B available to other guests. That doesn’t mean we don’t still have room available - it just means that we don’t have quite as much room.
This trip is a once-in-a-really-long-time opportunity for knitters. We’ll travel to Bois Blanc Island up in the Straits for a full weekend of knitting, classes, great food, and wonderful friends. The trip takes place August 20-23. The low cost of $350 includes your accomodations for three nights, ALL meals (!), and SIXTEEN HOURS of classes with either Christa or Lori! So let’s break this down…. Sixteen hours of workshops in the store would run about $160 or more. Let’s figure 6 meals per person. Eating out would probably cost $100 or more. So that’s $260 of your $350. That leaves $30 per night for accomodations at a summer resort island. Does it get better than that?!
