Chocolate Tasting w/ Dwaar Chocolate
Join us for an extraordinary evening with Rajani, a premier chocolatier from Keego Harbor and owner of Dwaar Chocolates. We'll get to taste the roasted cocoa nib (fancy word for bean) and several of her delicious chocolates, all while comparing them to commercial chocolates and learning about the differences. You'll receive some chocolate to take home, and if you look in the kitchen, you may also locate some wine bottles for the event. :) (That's Lori's "subtle" way of saying we'll include a wine tasting!)
